Concerning the question about the access to Business Angels' funding - one of the start-ups is applying to National Business Angels Association of Russia and would like to consider business partners in finland  to strengthen its international position supported by investment.

Professor level meetings and visits to corresponding partners in e.g. Russia was suggested and it was listed as an action point. This is good from the technology point of view. However a certain level of opening the "portofolios" can lead to better and more business related results. Maybe this was also suggested by Alexey Leontiev too, during the session.
